Returns and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days for eligible products. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer a return or refund under the right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send any product back before contacting us and before your return request has been approved.

Made-to-order and personalized products

Most of our products are made to order. Many of our products are produced specifically for each customer, according to the selected model, size, color, text, number, logo, file, design, configuration or other customer specifications.

In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • custom stickers;

  • personalized stickers;

  • stickers made with a customer name, number, text, logo or file;

  • stickers cut to the customer’s selected dimensions;

  • products made with a selected color, design or configuration;

  • large sticker kits;

  • seat wraps;

  • decal kits;

  • products printed, cut or produced specifically for a customer order;

  • any product that cannot reasonably be restocked or resold because it was made for the customer’s order.

These products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a defect, production error or non-conformity.

Withdrawal requests

Customers located in the European Union may submit a withdrawal request using the return or withdrawal function available on our store, or by contacting us by email at:

A withdrawal request does not automatically mean that the return or refund is accepted. Each request is reviewed according to the applicable law, the nature of the product ordered and the production status of the order.

If the product is made to order, made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, we may refuse the withdrawal request in accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code.

Order cancellations

For eligible products that are not final sale, cancellation requests may be submitted before the order has been fulfilled.

For made-to-order, personalized or custom products, cancellation requests may be refused if the order has already entered production, if design work has started, or if the product has been printed, cut or otherwise produced specifically for the customer.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or do not match the order.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

This policy does not limit your legal rights in case of a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product.

Refunds, if applicable

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return shipping

If a return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, a defect, or a non-conforming product.

If you are returning an item with a value over €35, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
